We are a small team of highly experienced Executive Career Coaches with over 60,000 consultancy hours between us. We work with individuals who wish to re-assess their careers in the light of changed circumstances. These can be the result of forced change such as redundancy or a desire to get control of their careers and achieve greater satisfaction at work.
Whatever the circumstance we work alongside you to help properly assess and understand your needs and motivations, to identify options that will provide personal and career fulfillment and then work with you to secure your newly defined goals.
Our range of services and programmes last from one to twelve months and are shaped around your individual needs. Fees range from £1,350 to £4,950 and will be discussed in full with you at your initial 1½ hour exploratory meeting. Ours is a truly personal service and at the end of that meeting you will be provided with an individual programme with associated fees that meet your specific requirements. All fees are subject to VAT.
