This programme, with the support of a consultant, will provide you with the necessary preparation and techniques to enable you to successfully manage interviews, and salary negotiations.
You will develop the messages that you will need to deliver in screening interviews, final interviews and offer meetings, thereby increasing your personal impact, credibility and fit.
Having a deeper understanding of the interview and salary negotiation together with the use of the additional tools and techniques that you will have developed, you will learn how to present yourself as the preferred candidate in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Your consultant will then review these with you to help you decide your next course of action.

- The creation of interview scripts, so during face-to-face conversations, you come across with credibility, gravitas, and authority.
- Interview advice so you know how to establish if you are a good fit for a company and vice versa.
- Salary negotiation tips and advice so that you can negotiate the best possible offer.
- A wide range of common competency based and sensitive interview questions for you to practise your answers on.
- A mock interview to get a base line on how well you perform in an interview situation.
