The Four Stage Career Search & Development Programme will enable you to identify a clear career objective and then equip you with the necessary marketing materials, interviewing techniques and campaign tools to subsequently achieve your career objective.
You will be supported throughout by a professional career consultant who will have sufficient time and flexibility to tailor each stage to your individual needs, situation and time-scales.
The final stage of the programme will include the preparation of your career search campaign plan and regular campaign progress review meetings.
Your consultant will help you prepare a comprehensive campaign plan. Your plan will include clear goals, timescales and relevant key performance indicators. Progress will be regularly reviewed and your campaign fine tuned, if necessary.

You will be given full access to AskGrapevine and a personal account with Alert Data.
AskGrapevine is the online version of Executive Grapevine which provides details of 12,000 UK and International executive head hunters, recruiters and interim management providers.
Alert Data is a business intelligence database profiling thousands of UK public and private companies. Information provided includes senior level contacts by name and functional responsibility; key financial performance data; and business trends. You will be assigned a personal account with gold level access.

Advice, feedback and tactical input will be provided throughout your campaign. When you have secured your new position your career consultant will be available as a sounding board or mentor in those early weeks to ensure you make an effective transition to your new role.
Your consultant will provide face-to-face, email and telephone feedback. You will be able to discuss all aspects of your campaign from tactics to motivation to job offers. When you decide to accept an offer your consultant will help you to negotiate the best possible package. The unexpected can happen in the early days of a new role so you will be able to talk through those situations with your consultant and decide upon the best course of action.
NB A number of clients choose to continue working with their consultant an on-going mentoring or executive coaching basis.

Stage Four typically requires four to nine review sessions plus telephone and email support as necessary. However, if more review sessions are needed they will be provided at no additional cost. Review sessions normally last one hour.
