Outplacement

Outplacement is often provided by organisations to individuals as part of a redundancy package following a restructure due to changing operational needs, market forces, merger or acquisition. Outplacement can also be included as part of a compromise agreement or a negotiated settlement. The outplacement service is provided by a third party and the organisation pays the outplacement fee.

Some organisations will provide you with a budget for executive outplacement leaving you free to choose which provider to use and your selected outplacement provider will invoice the sponsoring organisation. Organisations that have sponsored Appleby Associates clients include:
