When we help clients prepare for interview we say, "Don't simply lay claim to skills, expertise and competencies but prove them with specific examples. Always provide evidence to back up your claims." In short, "If you claim it prove it; if you can't prove it don't claim it".

As a business we take the same approach. Our service philosophy is built upon our three core values which are: personal, flexible and transparent.

So, how do we demonstrate those values in the way we work with you?

PERSONAL

• The individual you will meet for an exploratory discussion is the career consultant you will actually work with throughout your programme, should you decide to become a client. You will not be passed from a sales person to someone else and/or a remote 'support team'.
• The service we provide you is delivered face-to face by a single "directly accountable" professional career consultant. You will have chosen this individual as "your" career consultant. Continuity of contact ensures that your career consultant has a real interest in you and will be able tailor the work you do together to directly address your specific needs, situation and timescales.

FLEXIBLE

• We offer you a choice of consulting services including the comprehensive Four Stage Career Search & Development Programme; individual Stages; or specific advice charged by the hour. We believe career needs are too complex and diverse to be met by a 'one size fits all approach'.
• Wherever possible, we will schedule meetings at times that are convenient to you including Saturdays and evenings. We understand that we are dealing with issues of great importance to you, so we are happy to offer you this level of availability.

TRANSPARENT

• At an exploratory meeting, your career consultant will explain in detail how the two of you will work together. You will be able to see some of the materials that will be used, should you decide to become a client.
• If you wish you will also be able to read client letters or testimonials. If you prefer your career consultant can arrange for you to speak to a client.
• We employ career consultants who will be honest with you from day one and for whom personal integrity is paramount. Ask any question and be as direct as you wish, your career consultant will give you a straight answer.
