We only employ career coaches to whom integrity is of paramount importance. Honesty, trust and openness are fundamental characteristics of everyone at Appleby. Each individual has an inbuilt personal code of honour and ethics. Integrity of the highest standard is our promise to you.
Transparency
At an exploratory meeting, your career coach will explain in detail how the two of you will work together. You will be able to see some of the materials that will be used.
Ask any questions and be as direct as you wish, your career coach will give you a straight answer. You will also be able to read client letters or testimonials. If you wish, your career coach can arrange for you to speak to a client.
Respect
You will at all times be treated as an individual and your coach will develop a personal and close working relationship with you: a relationship that is based on trust, respect, honesty and openness.
We recognise that you have placed great faith in us and we have to demonstrate to you that your faith is totally repaid through our actions and deeds. We will consistently deliver what we promised to deliver.
