The circumstances

For personal and family reasons Chris relocated to Birmingham from Chicago where she had held a number of general management positions with well established US financial services companies. As a business professional she assumed it would be fairly straightforward to find an opening. But after three months’ concerted effort she was getting nowhere. Chris decided to engage the services of Appleby Associates and worked with one of our professional career consultants.

With these new skills and know-how, Chris was able to land a role running a small insurance company.
